      What are the price per sessions?

      Forcier Fitness (“FF”) understands that each persons needs are different. Whether it be fitness needs, financial needs, location, times, or simply the different services they want/desire. We customize each package for YOU! Fill out the Request a Quote page today and one of our Certified Personal Trainers (“CPT”) will contact you within 1 business day to discuss what you can expect for pricing packages.

      What equipment do I need?

      If you are working out in our garage gym or a box gym, no equipment needed! If you are working out at home, we will recommend just resistance bands. Whatever equipment you have, we will use!

      Do I need to take supplements?

      Working out is stressful for the body. While it’s important to reach your goals, it also can add more problems if not taken care of ahead of time. We will recommend a handful of supplements that we ourselves take. We will list in order of importance what we recommend, and support what ever you choose from there. We offer discounts on all the supplements we do recommend and will help educate you on why they are important.

      Can FF assist me if I have limited mobility and/or pregnant?

      FF has had multiple clients with mobility levels from chronic joint issues, arthritis, pregnancy, broken bones you name it! We are dedicated to serving you and whatever mobility level you are.

      5. How old or young can you be to get training with FF?

      We have worked with people as young as 6 years of age and as old as 94 years. Age is just a number.
